Terms of Advertising:
1) It is understood that
Salander Enterprises is not responsible and held harmless from the content of any advertising,
papers, articles or blogs or any other material as published and accepts no liability there from.
2) Payment
is required prior to publication. Payment may be made by either check, money order or via acceptable credit
card.
3) All payments by either check, money order or draft will be paid in US dollars as follows, payable to
Salander Enterprises and mailed to;

4) Any and all liabilities will extend only to the value charged for the advertisement and/or service
purchased.
5) All federal, state, and local sales/use taxes will be for the purchaser. We collect
sales tax as required for any purchases made in NYS as required by law.
6) All submissions will
appear in the next possible issue and will times based on the calendar month of issue. Multiple electronic
mailings of the same issue are not considered multiple insertions for billing purposes.
7) All
submissions for advertising should be E-Mailed to advertising@powerqualityadvisors.com for review before rendering any payments.
